Online Payment Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for online payment through the hospital’s web portal. By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

1. Consultation Fee

The consultation fee shall be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Registration Fee for New Patients

If you are a new patient, an additional registration fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. IP Advance/IP Bill settlement

IP advance /IP bill settlement should be done only after filling patient name, UHID and mobile number for identification of inpatient. The patient data collected/stored will be used only for verification purpose of payment. And responsibility of data stored will be  with ICICI and DMRI Pvt Ltd

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the consultation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation date will not be eligible for a refund. Other refund requests will be processed only after two working days after verification of bills and service entries.

If the credit is not reflected in the hospital bank account, automatic credit will be reflected in the customer’s account according to ICICI bank policy. Any refund requests due to technical issues related to bank sites can be done only after getting proper credit/debit confirmations from bank.

5. Privacy Terms & Conditions

The payment gateway is hosted by ICICI bank and your card/UPI details will be safely handed by them.And they will be responsible for the data collected through gateway.
